BC Koh & Partners LLP is an established civil and structural engineering consulting practice based in Singapore. The partnership firm was formed in 1997 with two highly qualified and experienced professional engineers Mr. Koh Bock Cheng and Dr. Foo Soon Kwee.
The company started doing engineering consulting businesses mainly with developers cum builders for small to medium residential and industrial projects. The firm has since grown over the years and has embarked on and completed several large multi-million dollar industrial and residential projects designed to clients' special requirements in some cases.
Our niche and specialty is in design and build projects. We aim to provide the highest level of consulting services that will deliver high quality, cost efficient and buildable design solutions for both builders and developers for all our projects.
Our group of professionals and design staff are highly experienced and trained to use the latest engineering software for both design and drafting. We continually source for and procure the advanced civil and structural engineering programs that use the latest and most efficient analysis methods and design codes for all our projects. Our office also uses the state-of-the-art BIM software for integrated design and drafting in our projects, which improves productivity significantly with quick and accurate updates of changes during design and construction stages.
Since July 2007, the firm has successfully undertaken and completed the design for building projects that amount to more than $200 million per annum in project cost. These large projects include high rise public housing as well as private condominium residential projects and mega warehouse and production factory industrial projects.
Certifications & Pre-qualifications
BC Koh & Partners LLP has been awarded the Quality Management System - ISO 9001:2000 certificate since October 2001. We have successfully upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 in June 2018.
The firm is registered as an Accredited Checker Organization (ACO) in Singapore. As ACO, we are registered to be able to carry out design checking for any major civil and structural engineering projects without any limitation of contract value.
